Job Description-
  • Drafting and review of suits, plaints, written statements, applications, legal replies, pleadings, petitions, appeals, argument notes, case summaries, notices etc for the company in litigation matters.
  • Working knowledge of court proceedings and practice rules in various courts. Appearing before various courts and representing the company in litigation matters.
Skills & Competencies:

MS- Word, MS- Excel, Proficiency in General Computer Tasks.

Qualification and Experience:

LLB Graduate, Minimum 1-2 years experience of court proceedings.

  • Amalgamation Drafting of Scheme, documentation for filing case with Court, follow up with Advocates, dealing with Court appointed Auditors, ROC, Regional Directors and Official Liquidators.
  • Secretarial Compliance for Group Companies.
  • Organizing Board, General and Committee meetings, Drafting of resolutions, Preparation of Notice, Agenda, Minutes of the company meetings.
  • Agreements – Drafting and preparation of various agreements, employment bonds, Leave and License Agreements, computation and payment of stamp duty, preparation of Power of Attorneys, Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement and all other commercial agreements.
  • Court Matters Representing the company before the Courts of law; Cases follow up, Liaising with Advocates, Drafting Plaints, and notices & nbsp
  • Preparation and finalization of financial statement and schedules for finalization of audit
  • Liaise with statutory auditor to close the audit in time
  • Extending support to Finance and Accounts Department in planning and finalizing periodic Internal Audit Plan and completion of the same.
  • Other Legal Matters Registration of agreements, deeds, Power of Attorneys and other legal documents, representing the company in legal matters.
